Delivery & Warehouse Locations

We have two dedicated warehouses shipping worldwide to ensure the quickest delivery possible for our customers! Our aim is to fulfill the US, EU, and the rest of the world from our Miami Office. The Caribbean is served by our Jamaica Office.
In exceptionally rare cases, the preferred warehouse may be out of stock of the product you ordered.
Since our website currently shows a combined stock level, to avoid the disappointment of missing out, your order may be shipped from the warehouse that has the inventory to fulfill it.

Can I still purchase from your website?

Yes! We are accepting orders and shipping internationally. We recommend placing orders to a secure address that you know you will be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses which may have restricted access.


Are we shipping as normal?

We are trying our best to fulfill your orders in a timely manner. Our courier partners are experiencing unexcepted and minor delays internationally. We will be sure to communicate any significant delays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, or the tracking number is missing, please reach out to our support team at info@islandtrinketz.com referencing your order number.


When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped via our courier partners within 5- 7 business days. For more shipping information, including country-specific delivery time and courier partner details email us at info@islandtrinketz.com


Why didn’t I get the shipping service I paid for?

In some cases, due to the current climate, COVID-19 will affect delivery times. We are working closely with our courier partners to ensure delays are kept to a minimum but unfortunately most cases are out of our control and we appreciate your patience. We advise allowing extra time for your parcel to reach you.

What materials do you use?

IslandTrinketz represents commitment to fine quality, outstanding customer service and value at affordable prices. Our products materials are genuine 925 Sterling Silver and rhodium finishes. We fully guarantee the authenticity of our products with our laser engraved logo on each piece.
We use the highest quality rhodium plating process available. This process allows our Sterling Silver and rose gold plated jewellery to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to.
